Jack K. M. Inacker, Assistant Director of Development

Jack K.M. Inacker joined ACS in November 2011 and currently serves as the Assistant Director of Development. In this capacity, he is responsible for the successful organization and execution of the annual ACS national convention in Washington, D.C. Jack develops and coordinates additional outreach events around the country, such as our Access to Justice series, and oversees major donor programming for the organization.

Before joining ACS, he lobbied Congress and the White House on clean energy, reducing U.S. dependence on foreign oil and national security issues as the Philadelphia Regional Director for Operation Free. Jack previously served in the United States Air Force as a Nuclear Weapons Systems Specialist stationed in Minot AFB, ND and Buechel AB, Germany. He received the John L. Levitow award, as Valedictorian of the Airman Leadership School, at Bitburg AB.

Jack graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Arts in political science. During his time at Temple University, he led a campaign for the revocation of “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” as the Chair of the National Veterans caucus for College Democrats of America.

Jack is active leader within the Veteran’s Rights and Electronic Freedom communities. Jack lives in Alexandria, VA and regularly makes weekend commutes back to Philadelphia to spend time with his second passion, the Philadelphia Phillies.
