Alex Kreit is an Associate Professor of Law and Director of the Center for Law and Social Justice at the Thomas Jefferson Law School in San Diego, and the author of a casebook on drug policy and law entitled Controlled Substances: Crime, Regulation, and Policy (Carolina Academic Press, forthcoming 2011).
He will speak on a Drug Truce, outlining a potential drug policy once the war on drugs ends.
