• On July 8, the Oregon Lawyer Chapter of the American Constitution Society and the Appellate Section of the Oregon State Bar hosted a discussion on the most significant decisions of the last U.S. Supreme Court term. Approximately 45 ACS supporters came to hear and ask questions from a panel that included Jeffrey C. Dobbins, a law professor at Willamette University; Mary Williams, Deputy Attorney General in the Oregon Department of Justice and Scott L. Nelson, an attorney with Public Citizen. Harry Auerbach, Chief Deputy City Attorney for the City of Portland, moderated the discussion.
